Cliff Diving at Ricks Cafe Negril Jamaica

One of the main attractions to Rick's Cafe is the 35 foot cliff that visitors can jump or dive off.  The cliff is at the end of a small cove.  You can jump or dive and then climb the ladder at the bottom and come back via the cement steps on the other side.  For those less adventurous there are smaller cliff's to dive from at the bottom.  Those are more like 8 feet.  At the top is a lifeguard who will give you advice and let you know when its clear to go.  Be sure to tip him well.  My advice.  Don't wear a thong and tighten those cheeks.
