Tiana's Sandals Negril Review May 27 - May 31st
I just returned from my stay at Sandals Negril, May 27-31st and
I have to tell you that I loved it!!
Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in the Honeymoon
Grand Lux Beachfront room with concierge service, Paradise Block. I
would recommend staying at Paradise block because that's the closest to
where everything is as far as the beach grill, tour desk, pool, lounge,
dining rooms. The person who handles the excursions her name is Keisha
she is very cool. I cant wait to go back. I would recommend the ATV's,
Horseback riding on land and water, Ride the Rhino (soooooooo much fun..lol). The beach was beautiful and very clean. I saw bad comments
about sandals Negril before I left and to be honest I don't know if
people were making it up (maybe other rival resorts) because there was
nothing bad. The only thing I can say was a problem was we were put in
the wrong category room when we first got there and after speaking with
a manager he put us in the right category the next morning, the room
they put us in was one category down which was actually the same but
only without the concierge service and the in room bar. So the manager
said that he would give us the room service and everything we would get
for the room we paid for until early in the morning when they could
change us and they did and the next morning we were changed.
So if you run into the same problem ask to speak directly to the resort
manager don't ask the reservationists or anyone under the manager
because they may tell you anything. LOL...but every ting was Irie.
