Excursions from Sandals Dunn's River and Sandals Ocho Rios All Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica
Both Sandals Dunn's River and Sandals Ocho Rios Resorts offer many options for those looking to travel off the resort. Below are some descriptions and pictures of trips I've taken or heard good things about. In all cases check at the tour desk at Sandals Dunn's River or Sandals Ocho Rios for specific pricing and times.
Dunn's River Fall's Tour - This tour takes to you a park which is Dunn's River Falls. Here you can rent climbing shoes and you will be taken to the bottom of the Dunn's River Falls by two or three guides. These guides will assist your group in climbing the falls. The guides also take pictures with your camera along the way at several mini-falls stops. I saw many people who I would not assume could or would make the climb but they were successful and had a lot of fun. Lockers are available for rental and be prepared to tip your driver, tour guide and the Dunn's River Falls guides. All will deserve your gratuity. The downside is that you must run the gauntlet of pushy craft sellers. These merchants will grab you and try to get you to shop in their store. They are the most aggressive I've experienced but in all cases a persistent no thank you will get you moving again.
