DESCRIPTION:                   Located on Jamaica’s famous seven mile beach.  The Ultimate Beach Resort and Spa is serene and secluded.  This resort is set among lush palm groves, powdery white sand beach (1,800 ft.) and the calm aquamarine Caribbean Sea.  A must for Scuba and Snorkel enthusiasts, Negril offers some of the best sea life in the Caribbean, as well as a myriad of water sports to choose from.  You will have to see it to believe it.

THE BAYSIDE RESTAURANT

                                                International Cuisine - Open daily, serving Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and 3 nights per

week dinner with changing theme nights.  The other four nights dinner is served A LA CARTE with changing menus.  No reservations required.  Seating: B/Fast 7:30 –10.15 am / Lunch 12:30 – 2:15pm/Dinner 6:30 – 9:30 pm

Jam-Asian Cuisine – Serving A LA CARTE Breakfast and Dinner.  No reservations required.  Open daily for Breakfast from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and Dinner from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m.  Candle light dinner, white glove service.

Low Calorie Cuisine – Newly renovated and expanded with pastel coloured lattice work and furnishings. Serving fresh meats, fish, and vegetables for Dinner from 6:30 – 9:00 pm. No reservations required.  Non-smoking.

Closed on Wednesdays .

KIMONO’S

Japanese Cuisine – Serving Teppanyaki styled cuisine.  Air-conditioned, non-smoking, and serves dinner only.  Reservations required.  Seating from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
